Synquavia Staples and Jordan West Obituary, Cause of Death – Two Young Adults Found Dead in Huntsville Apartment
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The Huntsville community is mourning the deaths of 22-year-old Synquavia Keyona Staples of Roanoke, Alabama, and 21-year-old Jordan Darnell West of Huntsville, Alabama, who were found deceased inside an apartment Sunday evening.
According to the Huntsville Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 7 p.m. to a residence on Johns Road after receiving information that two people inside the apartment might be deceased. When officers arrived, they found a young woman and a young man inside the residence. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities identified the deceased as Staples and West. Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit processed the apartment as part of the ongoing investigation into the two deaths.
Police said investigators have not identified evidence indicating that anyone outside Staples and West was involved in their deaths. Authorities have not released additional information about what occurred inside the apartment.
